SuperChinese Service Agreement

This "Super Chinese Service User Agreement" is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "user") and Shanghai Yuxuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Super Chinese") governing your use of all software produced by Super Chinese.

Essential Notice

The user should read this agreement carefully. If the user is a minor, the user should read this agreement with a parent or legal guardian and obtain the guardian's consent before registering or using Super Chinese software. Guardians may contact us to manage, correct or delete a minor's account and related personal information. Not agreeing to this agreement will immediately result in the user desisting to register and use Super Chinese software.

The user fully accepts all terms and conditions described in this agreement when clicking the "Agree" button during the registration process.

Upon successful registration, Super Chinese will give each user an account and corresponding password. The user is responsible for keeping the account and password; the user shall store the account and password safely to prevent data breach. If the account and password are stolen, the user will be legally held accountable for all activities and events carried out under their account.

Service Content

The concrete services provided by Super Chinese are supplied according to the actual circumstances, including but not limited to the Super Chinese interactive lessons, units, personal study data, study goals settings, etc.

Some of the services provided by Super Chinese (such as essay correction) are paid services, and users are required to pay a certain fee to Super Chinese to use these paid services. For these paid services, Super Chinese will give the user a clear notice before use, so only after the user confirms that he is willing to pay the relevant fee for the respective service, can the user start using the paid service. If the user is not willing to pay the relevant fees, Super Chinese has the right to not provide the paid services to the user.

The user understands that Super Chinese only provides software-related services, and that the user bears all costs related to other services and devices (such as mobile phones, personal computers and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and other costs (such as internet and telephone fees to access the internet.

The user agrees that Super Chinese may use information generated through the provided services to operate product features such as learning progress and ranking displays. Where ranking features are provided, Super Chinese will use reasonable display rules such as nicknames, avatars, learning progress or questions answered, and will provide appropriate settings or support channels for users who want to manage public display of their information.
